I am a fully qualified teacher (PGCE with enhanced instrumental status) and have 40 years experience of providing professional tuition across a range of woodwind instruments. My students have been as young as 7 years of age and up to and beyond 70 years of age. Lessons can be based on any UK conservatoire syllabus such as the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) or Trinity/Guildhall, including jazz and classical syllabi. If your preference is not to follow this curriculum, bespoke lessons can be arranged to focus on your own particular requirements.
Lessons are normally taught on an individual basis but can occaisionally be provided in a small group setting (2-4 students, grouped by ability level and instrument). My lessons start from beginner level (no experience at all) up to and beyond Grade 8 and Diploma level.
Coaching Services
I provide a range of coaching services; typically used for students in preparation for conservatoire/music school auditions or in preparation for performance or a recital programme.
Tution
Below is a range of typical sessions at my teaching studio:

(ii) Weekly 1-hour individual lesson (grade 3 standard and above)
